No, and that is the whole point. Every review comes from a real customer who actually came to you. I am not buying or inventing reviews. I just make sure your happy customers get asked at the right moment, on the channel they actually read. Bought reviews get deleted by Google and can get your listing penalised. Real ones stack up and stay. See the real ones here.
Can people really book through WhatsApp? +
Yes. The booking can start as a normal WhatsApp chat and flow straight into your diary, or you keep taking bookings online, by phone and as walk-ins. However it comes in, the same sequence takes over. Nothing about how you currently take bookings has to change.
How much work is this for me? +
Almost none. You tell me how you work, I build the whole thing around your business, and you approve it before it goes live. After that I run it and keep it tuned for you. You never learn new software or manage anything yourself.
Will it annoy my customers? +
No. This is not marketing spam. It is the useful, expected stuff: your booking is confirmed, here is your reminder, thanks for coming in. Well-timed, and on the channel they already use. It is less annoying than the calls and emails it replaces, not more.
